Key Performance Areas and Duties
- Safeguarding all designated areas on site
- Managing entrance and exit controls
- Patrolling unmanned areas and areas without alarm systems
- Conducting random searches when required
- Completing relevant security registers and reports
- Reporting incidents, risks, and irregular activities on site
Minimum Requirements
- PSIRA Grade C accreditation and registration
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in the security industry
- Ability to obtain a Certificate of Fitness (Red Ticket)
- Mining security experience will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Honest, reliable, and professional conduct
Preference
Preference may be given to applicants from local farming and surrounding communities, in line with operational requirements and community integration policies.
