Key Responsibilities
As a Security Armed Response Officer at Divergent Ops, your duties may include:
- Responding rapidly to alarm activations, emergencies and security incidents.
- Providing armed protection services while following company security procedures.
- Conducting patrols and monitoring assigned areas.
- Assisting clients during emergency situations and ensuring their safety.
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate documentation.

Minimum Requirements

- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have a valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Must have at least 5 years driving experience with both automatic and manual vehicles.
- Must have valid SAPS firearm competency for handgun.
- Must have at least 5 years firearm experience.
- Must have certificates and statements of results for: Basic Firearm Proficiency, Business Purpose for handgun, Unit Standard 117705.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Nelspruit streets and surrounding areas.
- Must be able to respond quickly and effectively during emergencies.
- Must have strong communication skills and confidence using technology.
- Must have reliable transport to and from work.
