Control Room Operator- Mi7 National Group

Job Overview:

This role demands vigilance and a high level of attention to detail, as you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the safety and security of our clients and their assets. Your role is critical in ensuring timely and effective responses to security incidents and alarm.

Requirements:

• Minimum of matric or equivalent; tertiary education in security management or related field is advantageous
• At least 2 years experience in control room or surveillance operations in the security industry
• Psira certification compulsory
• Proficiency in security systems and software, CCTV monitoring, alarm system, and access control systems. Experience with ‘listener’ is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, problem solving skills and a strong sense of integrity and ethics
• Must bbe willing to work shifts
