Post: Administrative Clerk (Temporary post)

Location: Kupferburger street, Hotazel, Northern Cape, 8490

Required skills and qualifications:

  • National senior certificate or equivalent
  • Preferably a degree or Diploma in administrative management or related field
  • At least 1 year in administrative role
  • Knowledge of SAGE pastel and Microsoft office suite. Experience with semper or similar POS systems preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Responsibilities and duties:

  • HR and Financial administrative tasks
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Organize meetings, events, and appointments
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents and presentations
