Post: Administrative Clerk (Temporary post)

Location: Kupferburger street, Hotazel, Northern Cape, 8490
Required skills and qualifications:
- National senior certificate or equivalent
- Preferably a degree or Diploma in administrative management or related field
- At least 1 year in administrative role
- Knowledge of SAGE pastel and Microsoft office suite. Experience with semper or similar POS systems preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Responsibilities and duties:
- HR and Financial administrative tasks
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Organize meetings, events, and appointments
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare and edit reports, documents and presentations
