  • Must have national senior certificate
  • Must be Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must have one year working experience in similar role
  • Must be able to speak and write in English and Afrikaans language

  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have good organization and client skills

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage front desk, calls and visitors
  • Maintain a tidy reception and meeting spaces
  • Handle mail, deliveries and office consumables
  • Support office administration and stationary
