Shell Phoenix (Durban) is seeking a Back Office Administrator to support daily operations at their service station
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Goods Received Vouchers (GRV) management and stock control
- Cash-up and financial controls
- General administration and record-keeping
Requirements for Administrator :
- Must have valid Grade 12 certificate
- Must have excellent administration skills
- Previous experience in a service station environment (essential)
- Must be able to pay attention to detail while working
- Proficient in Excel and computer systems
- Must be reliable and professional iindividual
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
