🧾 Key Duties and Responsibilities
As an Administration Clerk, your duties will include:
- Performing routine clerical duties across different clinic departments
- Capturing patient information electronically (HPRS) and manually
- Registering patients and keeping documents filed properly
- Retrieving patient files as required by clinic staff
- Maintaining a file control system and tracking patient file movement
- Managing ordering systems and supporting stock/storeroom processes
- Attending to enquiries and ensuring quick resolution of queries
- Ensuring safekeeping of patient registers and files
- Attending training sessions and meetings approved by the supervisor
- Performing additional administration duties assigned by the supervisor
