Job Position: General Labourers (x8)
This job is focused on supporting daily site activities. Richmann Logistics CC needs labourers who can help maintain a smooth flow of work by assisting with housekeeping, maintenance support, and other general manual tasks required on the site.
Key Performance Areas (Main Duties)
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily site operations through housekeeping and general site cleanliness
- Assisting with basic maintenance duties when required
- Helping with traffic control activities on-site
- Supporting the team with dust suppression and similar site requirements
- Working in line with all site safety regulations and operational procedures
- Performing manual tasks as assigned by site supervisors
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following:
- Grade 10 or Grade 12 (Grade 12 is an advantage)
- Must be medically fit for site-based work
- Construction or quarry experience will be an advantage
- Must have a valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months)
- Must be medically fit for manual labour and site conditions
