Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Identify and resolve driving performance problems affecting company drivers
- Conduct trips with drivers to identify performance obstacles (short and long-distance)
- Coach drivers on fuel-efficient driving techniques
- Monitor and track driver performance consistently
- Work with Scania Fleet Management System and Mercedes Fleet Board SystemIdentify obstacles or challenges drivers experience and assist in solving them
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to improve team performance
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet these requirements:
- Relevant driving experience (6 years or more will be an advantage)
- Valid Code 14 licence with Public (as stated in the advert)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with drivers
- Able to travel with drivers (short and long distance trips)
- Motivated personality with good people skills
- Knowledge of Scania Fleet Management and Mercedes Fleet Board systems
- Must have own transport
- Must have sober habits
- Must be available to start immediately
